BBQ2, located at 660 Whitlock Aveneu, specializes in barbecue ribs (pork and beef), shoulders, hog meat, brisket, and sides. Keeping with competition quality, BBQ2 transfers the same barbecue competition cooking techniques used in professional competitions over to the kitchen. Partners Sam Huff and David Poe, both professional team owners, bring years of barbecue cooking experience to the table.
